Ingredients for Sprouted Moong Salad:
- Steamed Sprouted Moong - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 no. chopped
- Tomato - 1 no. chopped
- salt to taste
- Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - A bunch chopped
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt to taste
Method for Sprouted Moong Salad:
- Wash and drain sprouts.
- Add Onion, tomato mix well
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander before serving Sprouted Moong Salad.
