Ingredients for Mixed Vegetable Salad:
- Carrots - 1/2 cup chopped
- French beans - 1/2 cup chopped
- Cabbage -1/2 cup chopped
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup chopped
- Broccoli - 1/4 cup florets
- Tomato -1 no (cut into thin rings)
- Green chilies -2 no (slit vertically)
- Coriander leaves - A bunch (chopped)
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt to taste.
Method for Mixed Vegetable Salad:
- Take tomatoes, green chilies salt, pepper powder and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves before serving Mixed Vegetable Salad.
