Ingredients for Curd Rice:
- Basmathi rice - 2 cups
- Curd - 2 cups
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon Grated
- Green chillies - 1 teaspoon chopped
- Curry leaves - 6 no's
- Red chilli pods - 4 no's
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - A bunch
- Salt to taste
Method for Curd Rice:
- Boil rice in four cups of water.
- Heat butter in a pan and put mustard seeds let them crackle.
- Add ginger, green chili pieces, red chili pieces, and curry leaves and stir in low heat.
- Add cooked rice, salt and curd.
- Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Enjoy Curd Rice with different vegetable curries.
