Onion Raita
Ingredients for Onion Raita:
  • Yogurt - 2 cups
  • Onions - 1 no
  • Green Chili - 1 no
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
Method for Onion Raita:
  • Slice the onions lengthwise.
  • Chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Beat the yogurt in a bowl and add salt.
  • Add the onions , red chilli powder and green chilies.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy Onion Raita with Rice or Chapati.
