Ingredients for Onion Raita:
- Yogurt - 2 cups
- Onions - 1 no
- Green Chili - 1 no
- Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Method for Onion Raita:
- Slice the onions lengthwise.
- Chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Beat the yogurt in a bowl and add salt.
- Add the onions , red chilli powder and green chilies.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Enjoy Onion Raita with Rice or Chapati.
