Ingredients for Onion Raita:
Yogurt - 2 cups
Onions - 1 no
Green Chili - 1 no
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method for Onion Raita:
Slice the onions lengthwise.
Chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
Beat the yogurt in a bowl and add salt.
Add the onions , red chilli powder and green chilies.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Enjoy
