Ingredients for Bathue Ka Raita:
Curd (Yogurt) - 1 Cup
Bathua (boiled and mashed) - 1/2 cup
Roasted Cumin seeds (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - A pinch
salt to taste
Method for Bathue Ka Raita:
Beat the curd with hand mixer .
Add bathua paste and mix well.
Now add salt, cumin seeds crushed and chili powder, mix well.
Keep in refrigerator to cool.
Enjoy chilled
Bathue Ka Raita
with Rice/Parathas .
