Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients for Chocolate Pudding:

  • Unsweetened chocolate  - 3 squares
  • Milk - 2 cup
  • Cornstarch - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar  - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - A pinch
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Method for Chocolate Pudding:
  • In a saucepan, cook 1 1/2  cups of the milk with chocolate until chocolate is melted and milk is scalded.
  • Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt and add the remaining 1/2 cup milk.
  • Add to scalded milk and chocolate mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened .
  • Continue cooking for about 5 minutes to thoroughly cook corn starch.
  • Cool a little and add vanilla and enjoy.
