Ingredients:

  • Lemon - 10 no's
  • Mustard seeds - 4 teaspoon
  • Oil  - 3 tablespoon
  • Urad dal - 2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • white wine vinegar - 5 tablespoon

Method:

  • Wash the lemons,remove seeds and chopp them.
  • Fry the mustard seeds in hot oil and let them pop,add curry leaves and urad dal.
  • Lower the heat and add the red chili powder, cook until brown, then add vinegar. Stir in the lemon, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  • Enjoy after 3 days .
