Ingredients:
Lemon - 10 no's
Mustard seeds - 4 teaspoon
Oil - 3 tablespoon
Urad dal - 2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
white wine vinegar - 5 tablespoon
Method:
Wash the lemons,remove seeds and chopp them.
Fry the mustard seeds in hot oil and let them pop,add curry leaves and urad dal.
Lower the heat and add the red chili powder, cook until brown, then add vinegar. Stir in the lemon, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Enjoy after 3 days .
