Paneer Recipes

Ingredients for Paneer Makhani:
- Paneer - 1/4 Kg in Cubes
- Onion Paste - 2 tablespoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon each
- Tomato puree - 2 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fenugreek Leaves (Kassori Methi) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
Method for Paneer Makhani:
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan,add the onion , ginger-garlic paste and stir for some time.
- Add turmaric powder,red chilli powder and tomato puree and cook till the oil starts to seperate.
- Add fenugreek leaves at the end and milk, sugar, salt and paneer cubes and simm cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with white butter nad coriander leaves .
- Enjoy Paneer Makhani with naan's and parathas.
