Vegetarian Recipes - Paneer Recipes
Paneer Makhani
Ingredients for Paneer Makhani:
  • Paneer  - 1/4 Kg in Cubes
  • Onion Paste - 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon each
  • Tomato puree - 2 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon       
  • Fenugreek Leaves (Kassori Methi) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk  - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil  - 1 tablespoon      

Method for Paneer Makhani:

  • Heat the butter and oil in a pan,add the onion , ginger-garlic paste and stir for some time.
  • Add turmaric powder,red chilli powder and tomato puree and cook till the oil starts to seperate.
  • Add  fenugreek leaves at the end and milk, sugar, salt and paneer cubes and simm cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with white butter nad coriander leaves .
  • Enjoy Paneer Makhani with naan's and parathas.
