Paneer Recipes

Ingredients for Paneer Korma:
- Paneer - 1/4 Kg cubes
- Onion - 1 no. chopped
- Tomato - 1 no. chopped
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Magaj - 1 tablespoon
- Poppey seeds paste- 1 tablespoon
- Coconut powder - 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 4 no's
- Cloves - 4 no's
- Garam Masala - 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cream - 3 tablespoon
- Oil - 5 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method for Paneer Korma:
- Heat oil in a pan ,fry paneer cubes on medium heat till slightly brown. Turn cubes while frying, remove from pan when done and keep them aside.
- Now fry cloves and black pepper in the remaining oil and add finely chopped onion, coconut powder, paste of poppy seeds and magaj to it , fry till the mixture starts separating from oil.
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and fry little more.
- Add finely chopped tomato and cook till the mixture thickens and oil starts seperating.
- Add some water to make thick gravy,bring the gravy to boil and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and again cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves .
- Enjoy Paneer Korma with naan's.
