Chilli Paneer
Ingredients for Chili Paneer:
  • Paneer - 1/2 Kg
  • Spring onions - 3 no's sliced
  • Green chilies - 10 no's
  • Soya Sauce  - 2 tablespoon
  • White folur -  2 tablespoon
  • Cornflour  -  2 tablespoon
  • Ajinomoto -  2 stocks
  • Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoon  chopped
  • Oil -  2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Method for Chili Paneer:

  • Cut the paneer 1 inches cubes, sprinkle white flour, cornflour, 5 chopped green chilies, pepper powder and soya sauce and mix well.
  • Fry the paneer cubes in hot oil just for a minute.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the spring onions and garlic pieces and fry for sometime,
  • then add the rest 5 green chilies.
  • Make a paste with cornflour and little water and keep aside.
  • Add soya sauce, pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt .
  • Add some water in the pan and once it starts boiling, add cornflour paste and paneer cubes  and cook for a few minutes.
  • Remove from the fire and serve hot.
  • Enjoy Chili Paneer with Naan.
