Paneer Recipes

Ingredients for Chili Paneer:
- Paneer - 1/2 Kg
- Spring onions - 3 no's sliced
- Green chilies - 10 no's
- Soya Sauce - 2 tablespoon
- White folur - 2 tablespoon
- Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
- Ajinomoto - 2 stocks
- Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon chopped
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method for Chili Paneer:
- Cut the paneer 1 inches cubes, sprinkle white flour, cornflour, 5 chopped green chilies, pepper powder and soya sauce and mix well.
- Fry the paneer cubes in hot oil just for a minute.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the spring onions and garlic pieces and fry for sometime,
- then add the rest 5 green chilies.
- Make a paste with cornflour and little water and keep aside.
- Add soya sauce, pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt .
- Add some water in the pan and once it starts boiling, add cornflour paste and paneer cubes and cook for a few minutes.
- Remove from the fire and serve hot.
- Enjoy Chili Paneer with Naan.
